Ice Climber (VS) NES Patch v2.2
=================================
This hack patches "Ice Climber (VS).nes" to be usable on a real NES.
What's included?
	+ Coins are inserted by pressing "Start"
	+ Palette is patched to work with the standard NES-palette

Enjoy this version of Ice Climber, it's a bit different than the version
most of us are used to play. More enemies, more difficult and wind(!).


Notes
=====
I had to patch the mapper to use MMC1 due to limited ROM-space (sorry
for the increase in filesize).
A batterybackup savefile will be created by emulators, however this is
not really required (Consider this a "feature" by the old iNES-fileformat).
This hack however uses (and requires) RAM Expansion located at $6000.
