Trauma Center Under the Knife 2 - Wii Controls Hack

1. Introduction

This hack adds Wii-stlyed tool switching using the D-pad in addition to the touchscreen-based tool switching.
Control Bindings:
Up        Antibiotic Gel
UpRight   Syringe
Right     Sutures
DownRight Drain
Down      Laser
DownLeft  Ultrasound
Left      Scalpel
UpLeft    Forceps

The hack should work in a story-safe way so it should be possible to play through the game without being able to access tools you shouldn't be able to use.

2. Instructions for Patching

Apply Patch using the xdelta command:
xdelta.exe -d -s old_file delta_file decoded_new_file
old_file should be a copy of Trauma Center Under the Knife 2 US.
