Notes:
This patch will replace the palette of Rock and Roll Racing for GBA with the snes palette.  It should work on any version of the rom to my knowledge, but with all the versions there's potential for failure (especially because of intros and the like).  If the patch does not work for you, please try another version of the rom.  Mine had no intro and was the US version.

To my knowledge every colour should be changed over, except for the way options are highlighted in the main menu, which isn't such a big deal.  For some reason it had it's own palette somewhere, which I couldn't locate for the life of me.
