After installation and booting up the game each time, pressing L+R+START on controller one will set the multiplayer match menu options to optimal and balanced defaults that can then be altered to your liking. This button combination is recommended for saving time each match setup 
and these newdefaults are the recommended way to play the game in a competitive fashion using the most balanced weapon set, modifiers, and powerups. The button combination can be used again any time the game is running to restore these defaults.
