"Slap Fight MD" to "Alcon Special"

This patch "localizes" Slap Fight MD to a "what if" western release, using the
game's export name, "Alcon."

The standard patch inserts new title screen and logo art by BadChad and changes
a bit of text, but leaves the game(s) otherwise untouched.

The enhanced patch features the above, and a few more changes by
DUSTINODELLOFFICIAL:
- Restored Sega logo
- Default game type set to Special
- Game type "Normal" renamed to "Arcade"
- Arcade game's default music setting is now Original

The patch is made against the No-Intro ROM
