NBA Jam SRAM Patch

This patch replaces the original EEPROM saving with the standard Genesis SRAM
cartridge behavior. This enables the save feature to work on a standard flash
cart, Everdrive or non-X7 Mega Everdrives (or I guess really outdated emulators
that don't emulate serial EEPROM).

This applies to the first revision of the ROM, the one with Barkley on the Suns.
