This patch does the following:
- Skip the checksum routine
- Increase the speed of Wakko's hammer action when used on the ground
- Increase the speed of Dot's flirt action when used on the ground
- Increase the movement speed of Dot's kiss and decrease its duration
- Increase character switch speed and reduce cooldown

Apply the patch for your ROM's region.
