This is a patch for the (2MB) ROM:
Mega Man - The Wily Wars (Europe).bin

Beat Patcher is reccomended to apply the BPS patch to the ROM file.
1) Open beat.exe
2) Click Apply Patch
3) Open: SRAM+ProtoFix.bps
4) Open: Mega Man - The Wily Wars (Europe).bin
5) Save as anything you want, such as: Mega Man - The Wily Wars.bin
6) You're done, play the game in your emulator of choice!


The Improvement Mod Changes the following:
 - Patches ROM to run in US Mode (No Region Lock)
 - Replaces the Serial EEPROM with SRAM (Save Game Files work now)
 - Wily Tower is Unlockable After beating Megaman 1-3
 - Movement Delay has been adjusted to be less laggy & sluggish
 - Bullet Speed has been adjusted to better reflect the NES games
 - Mega Man can Slide in Mega Man 1 & 2, just like he could in Mega Man 3
 - All of Proto Man's sprites have been redrawn to match Mega Man's size
