Super Street Fighter 2 (USA) Lord Hiryu

Hiryu's color hack of Super Street Fighter 2 is great but i think that some stages could look better. So i've made this simple color hack.

v. 1.0 changes:
* tweaked colors for some stages,
* restored  and tweaked title screen,

v. 1.1 changes:
* tweaked Cammy stage
* tweaked Sagat stage

v. 1.2 changes:
* minor tweak in Dee-Jay stage

Just apply .ips patch on original rom.
