Pac-Land Control Reverser

For whatever reason, for the Famicom port of Pac-Land,
Namco made the directions on the Control Pad jump and used the A and B buttons
for right and left movement.
That seems backwards, so I made a patch to switch to a more normal control
scheme.
Activate it by pressing Select on the title screen after the screen stops moving.
The Namcot logo will turn yellow/gold to indicate the "normalized" controls.
Press Left/Right to move and either A or B to jump.
