Phantasy Star 2 Fuzzical Fighter 

is a hack of Fuzzical Fighter, has a completely redone title screen, 
text changes and some graphics, it just was another game begging to be 
called Phantsy Star, many things didn't even have to be changed. 
as for this hack it's not meant as just a Phantasy Star 2 themed game 
this is a sequal to Phantasy Star ? the hopeless a hack of Air Fortress made by Me_Dave. 
This is his second game in the series Phantasy Star 2 Fuzzical Fighter.
