Modifies the controls to function more like
other Capcom and Konami games.




Standing, Running:
Up = climb ladder
A = jump button

SELECT = special weapon
Up + B = special weapon



Lying down:
A, SELECT = special weapon



Ladders:
A = jump down  (when not moving up or down)




Pemission not needed to reuse, modify this hack.
