Megaman 3 Title Screen by FlashPV
I found the japanese title style way better than his
US counterpart so I made this patch.
It's based on Kuja Killer Megaman 3 Improvement since
I think it's the best version of this game.

Final version: fixed a typo (Wily instead of Willy)
