Este parche agiliza los movimientos del personaje Megaman

CAMBIOS
-AUMENTO DE VELOCIDAD DE MOVIMIENTO DE MEGAMAN
-SUBE Y BAJA ESCALERAS RAPIDO
-AUMENTO EN EL IMPULSO DE SALTO 
-AUMENTO EN EL MEGA BUSTER
-AUMENTO EN LA CARGA DE ENERGIA

INSTRUCCIONES
Descargue lunar ips.exe 
-Luego dar click en el archivo Rockman 2 - Speed Patch.ips
-Le dan abrir a cualquier rom de megaman 2 / rockman 1 (puede  ser un rom hackeado de megaman 2/rockman 2) que desee  aplicar el  parche de velocidad.
-Luego de aplicado el parche perfectamente, pruebe el rom de  Megaman / Rockman 2.


RESTORE THE EFFECT
SIRVE PARA DESHACER LOS CAMBIOS HECHOS DESPUES DE USAR EL PARCHE DE SPEED PATCH.

INSTRUCTIONS
Download lunar.exe
-Then click on the file Rockman 2 - Speed Patch.ips
-They give open any rom of megaman 2 / rockman 2 (can be a rom hacked by megaman 2 / rockman 2) that want to apply the speed patch.
-After applying the patch perfectly, try the rom of Megaman 2 / Rockman 2.

RESTORE THE EFFECT
WORK FOR DISCARD THE CHANGES MADE AFTER USING THE SPEED PATCH PATCH.
