Patch the original 1.0 rom with lunar ips

Quality of life patches:
Mario got a small buff, he is now able to have a mini float like Peach.
Start with 5 lives instead of 3
Faster respawn 
Dying send you back to the character select screen like all-stars
You start with 10 continues
