The first three Rockman Complete Works games didn't have the helmetless easter egg, but with this hack you can show off your hair's flair in Mega Man 3.

Apply the patch to an unmodified "Mega Man 3 (USA).nes" rom.

This is a simple novice work, so the stage select portrait is unchanged, sorry about that!
