this patch enables Pentominoes in the single-player A/B/C modes of Tetris in the Famicom game Tetris 2 + Bombliss by Chunsoft

the patch is intended for 'Tetris 2 + Bombliss (Japan) (Rev A)', but it may work on the original version also
