Galaga Title Screen

Adds a better title screen to Galaga. This differs from the other Galaga title hack by having further refined graphics and a different palette for the logo and animation. It also uses CHR-RAM to make for a smaller file and easier inclusion in some multicarts.

This patch was developed against the Japanese version of Galaga but also seems to work with the US version.

Source code included.

Building:

1) Open a command prompt and navigate to the src directory.
2) Run: snarfblasm galaga_title.asm
3) Apply the resulting patch to a rom already patched with the original patch.
