How to patch game

1: Open up Delta Patcher
2: Select first your unmodified iso of Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike (NTSC-J)
3: After that, select the included patch file to patch the iso with
4: Click "Apply Patch"

DONE! Enjoy the game!
