Compatible both Eur and USA versions of Dragon Ball Raging Blast , and it works on both PS3 CFW and Ode.
Patch file st_pack_sound_pt_ps3.afs with XdeltaUI, and replace with original, For ISO format(Odde) re-inject the file.
