Final Fantasy IX - God Save the Queen

=Introduction======================================================================================================

This hack allows Steiner to equip Beatrix's sword, the Save the Queen. The weapon's location, price, stats, icon,
abilities and formula were modified. Now, the Save the Queen is stronger than the Ragnarok and weaker than the
Excalibur II, therefore being Steiner's 2nd strongest weapon in the game! The sword is no longer available in
Memoria. Now it can be acquired a bit earlier in the game, in the Black Mage Village's synthesis shop (Disc 4
only). But there's a little con though. Since there's an item limit to each shop in the game, one item had to be
removed to add the Save the Queen, which was the Desert Boots (the weakest item from that list). The original goal
of this project was to move the sword to Alexandria's synthesis shop so it could make more sense, but it wasn't
possible because that one shares the same items with Lindblum's and Treno's.

Use PPF-O-Matic to apply this patch. Apply it on the US version of Final Fantasy IX, but only on Disc 4!
There's no guarantee it'll work with the other discs.
