Monster Rancher 2 swim bugfix

The swim drill has growth rate references in code for the big DEF and small LIF gains incorrectly swapped. This patch swaps them back so that they are correct.

This patch is compatible with the American version of the game only.

Use ppf-o-matic to apply the .ppf patch to a target game image identified by:
