To install the patch you will need the original NBA Jam TE game for the PSone and PPF-O-Matic to patch the ISO. 

You can download PPF-O-Matic here:

Once downloaded, open PPF-O-Matic, load up your NBA Jam ISO, select NBAJAM22 V1.4.ppf, then click Apply and that's it!

If your ISO has multiple bin files then select the first .bin (track1) to patch. If it's in a ccd/img/sub format, then select the img file.

Also included is a Extra folder with optional patches you can apply such as special guest referees and more.

Default ref (unmodded): Original referee from the retail game

Sakura Haruno: Replaces the referee with Sakura Haruno from Naruto

Sonya Blade: Replaces the referee with Sonya Blade from Mortal Kombat

AI difficulty fix: Balances the difficulty to make the CPU less aggressive. More improvements to come on this feature.

AI difficulty (unmodded): Original difficulty setting from the stock game

Music Loop Off: This disables the music from looping and will go to the next track

Music Loop On (unmodded): This is the stock setting where music tracks automatically loop
