Rockman 7 graphics and text modification

This modification enhances Forte sprites and replaces character names to their japanese equivalents.

Installation:
Put "mm7.ips" file to the same directory where Megaman 7 is and name the file the same as your Megaman 7
rom file (example: if your game is named "mm7.nes", then rename the .ips file to "mm7.ips".

Please note this patch can be applied only to US version of the game.
