URGENCY:
None.

PURPOSE:
When Celes meets "Gerad" in Nikeah, it is possible for Sabin to be in the party (if recruited in Tzen). There is a dummied-out line that applies to this situation, where Sabin reacts to Edgar pretending not to recognize him:

SABIN: What's going on, here? Brother!!

It seems odd that Sabin normally wouldn't react here, considering his bond with his brother, and especially seeing as how he does eventually complain after Edgar gives up his disguise. This patch adds the line to Celes's exchange with "Gerad".
