Bug Description
---------------

The Cafe sign in Zozo has five pixels that have palette color #00. 
Since this color is the transparent color, when triggering an animation 
that require a flash, those pixels will not flash.

The graphic bug is fixed by setting those five pixels to color #08 
of the palette (#000000).
