Super Mario All-Stars Lakitu Spiny Egg throwing behavior Fix

These patches fix Lakitu's Spiny Egg throwing behavior just like the patches for SMB1 NES and SMB2J but now work in All-Stars! Fixes both SMB1 and Lost Levels. Now updated for all regions!
Bet you thought Lost Levels was hard before...

USA (use this if you're unsure):
For headered ROMs use smas_spinyfix_smc.ips (Most headered ROMs come as SMC files, but not always.)
For header-less ROMs use smas_spinyfix_sfc.ips

JPN:
For headered ROMs use jpn_spinyfix_smc.ips
For header-less ROMs use jpn_spinyfix_sfc.ips

PAL (EUR):
For headered ROMs use smas_pal_spinyfix_smc.ips
For header-less ROMs use smas_pal_spinyfix_sfc.ips


Patches have been tested with SMAS/SMC + SMW and seem to work just fine but don't be surprised if something breaks midgame.
