Super Mario RPG Buttons & Bowyer

This patch simply changes the battle screen button colors & Bowyer's buttons to reflect those of the JPN/PAL region SNES/SFC Controllers.

Checksums for rom tested (will probably work with any unmodified rom but here they are in case)
