RMOVE to REMOVE

This patch changes the Equipment menu selectable fonts at the top in such a way so that RMOVE can be REMOVE. It is done so by switching the word 'EMPTY' with 'NONE' and adjusting a couple pointers.

Both header and no header patches are provided, apply to any Final Fantasy III [USA] SNES ROM.
