Final Fantasy V: Better Job Equipment v2.1

This is a simple patch to improve the range of weapons that some jobs can equip without 
affecting gameplay too much. 
Tested with most English translations, but should work with any version of the game.

Changes:
--------
-Mimes can equip any weapon or armor (There is no reason to continue using freelancers). 
-Knights can equip Axes. 
-Dragoons can equip Swords (They used to be able to equip swords in previous games).
-White Mages can equip Bows.
-Summoners can equip Whips (Like Rydia).
