Pocky & Rocky, Twin stick controls

This is a hack that changes the controls to twin stick shooter style controls, like smash tv.
The patch was developed for the US version of the game (SHA1: DB9D670B6D1915C9F2B26D369B831B1023B33270).

Changed controls:
	A,B,X,Y: shoot
	L: deflect
	R: dash
	Select: bomb

Current limitations:
	Player 1 has to play Pocky, player 2 has to play Rocky.
	Cannot change controls.
