Final Lap Twin Challenge

Description:
This is a little mod of Final Lap Twin (USA) that makes the game much more difficult!  There are additional plans for this mod but I'll keep them secret for now.


Features:
-Altered each racer and champion's stats to make them harder to defeat.  Once you get past the 3rd town the difficulty really increases!
-Decreased the money won from races by a significant amount.
-Every part listed in every shop had its price double or more.


NOTE: This IPS patch only works on the North American (USA) ROM with a filesize of 393,216 (384KB).  It does not work with any other ROM!  You can download a compatible ROM from Emu Paradise, google for the website.
