NINJA GAIDEN Black Camera Invert Patch v1.1

This patch inverts the 3rd person camera controls to align with modern TPP game defaults (i.e. up orbits the camera down, left orbits the camera right).
First person controls are untouched and remain configurable from the game's settings menu.

v1.1 also forces the game to default to the 3rd person camera when entering a stage. Press R3 to switch back to the 1st person camera as usual.
