Puzzle Series Vol. 12 - Akari translation patch.

This patch will only translate Akari. Hitori and Nurikabe are untranslated.

This is a complete translation, with few exceptions:
  1.I couldn't find 2nd skin's graphcics, so it's untranslated;
  2.There are some graphics that might be unused and/or not used in Akari so i left them untranslated.

How to patch:
1.Download xdelta UI from http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/598/
2.Open xdelta UI.exe
3.Select patch
4.Select your clean ROM
6.Choose output name
7.Hit Patch
