Release log:
  0.1 -> 0.2
    - IKD-san's episodes 21-30 translated.
    - Fixed corresponding IKD episode titles.
    - Most of the IKD images are now in english.


Patching:
  Use xdelta patcher provided within the archive, as explained below.
  xdelta3.exe -d -s Ketsui_rom_by_caravan xdelta_file New_rom_name

  For example, xdelta3.exe -d -s ketsui.nds Ketsui_v0.1.xdelta ketsui_new.nds

  After that you will get a translated rom file.


Notes:
JasonDMoses made a terrific job polishing Evac Report panels script, however,
the script he made was so awesome and big that i still can't quite fit it into
original .bin file. But i will... I hope.
