Nearly any emulator supporting Famicom Disk System ROMs will run this sucker.

What's done:
 - Everything.
 - Deleted save games.

What's left:
 - I don't think there's anything left. There isn't even a complete Japanese font (only the
   characters needed for the load screen.

How to patch:
 - Download this zip file.
 - Download the game ROM.
 - Download IPSWin 2.0.
 - Open IPSWin 2.0. Select the game ROM in the first box.
 - Select the patch in the second box.
 - Hit "Patch".

How to play:
 - You need to search the Internet for the Famicom Disk System BIOS ROM first.
 - Next, pick an emulator supporting the FDS BIOS (Famtasia and Nesten are two good choices)
 - Load the ROM.
 - After the title appears, push START.
 - You figure the next part out.
 - Each world consists of two parts, a building and an underground.
 - In the buildings, hold B as you run between wires to connect them. To connect wires to the floor below, hold Down and B while standing in front of the place where they should be connected (notice the little notch in the ground.) To connect wires to the ceiling, push Up and B.
 - If an enemy hits a charged wire, it's fried and present you with points.
 - Don't fall more than 1 floor, or you die.
 - Connect all the wires to make the exit door appear at the bottom of the stage.
 - Enter the door to move on.
 - In the underground, push B to turn the flashlight on and off. Push A to jump. Find your way through the sewers to the next building.
