1. About Yu-Gi-Oh! Monster Capsule GB
--------------------------------------

Yu-Gi-Oh! Monster Capsule GB is basically a RPG.  You buy little
Monster Capsules, MCs for short, and go battle with them.  NO IT'S
NOT LIKE POKEMON GOD DAMN IT!  Do you buy the little bitches?
NO!  STOP SAYING IT!  Anyway, Konami published this game way
back in April of 2000.  Yu-Gi-Oh! is very popular in Japan
surpassing Pokemon.  Unfortunetly it has been brought to the US.
4Kids is dubbing the anime (They do Pokemon).  I think it's cool it's
being brought here and all, but ugh.  They just tore it up.
It's worse than Dragon Ball Z in some parts.

Just play the damn game.

2. Patch History
----------------

 Yu-Gi-Oh! Monster Capsule GB translation was started on:
 04/16/00 when it was released.


 04/16/03 - v.03
  - Finally finished the clerk at the front desk.
  - Just about everything on the first floor.  Few things
    here and there aren't done, but I'll take care of those next patch.
  - About 5 Monster names are done.  Elf Swordsman done with
    what space I had.  So no questions.


 08/24/02 - v.02
  - Most of the people on the 1st floor are done now.
  - More of the little things.  "A leafy plant!"
  - All of the Fat Guy, Yuugi, Mokuba, and Jounouchi talk up
    to the point of when Mokuba sends you to Monster World.
  - Still no menus.  If I do it the way the other guy doing this
    game did...then it's all funky and hard to know what they are.
    So screw it until I figure a way to make them nice...unless
    someone wants to help me do that.


 08/05/01 - v.01
   - All the text done which basically sets the whole game
     off is done.  The whole Kaiba and Yuugi bitch fest.
   - Text when you buy MCs from Capsule Machines.
   - Some of the people on the 1st floor have been finished.
   - The questions you can ask the Clerk (Lady you first talk to
     in the Duel Tower).
   - 3 replies to those questions are done. :/
   - Little things around the 1st floor were done.
     Like the jukebox and the crane/racing games.  :D
   - Happy 18th birthday to me and 2nd birthday to X Translations!

3.Patch Credits
---------------

 Simon - The greatest translator known!  Hehe.  He's what got me
         this far so I pretty much owe it all to him.
 SoM2Freak - Translated the Yuugi and Kaiba bitchfest thing.
             Ended up using a mix of his and Simon's.
 Deltaflame - I'm pretty sure he gets some credit here.  I think he
              did a LITTLE text for me waaay long ago.  Hehe.

4. Known Bugs

  No things such as you're, don't, I'll.  Yet.  I'll fix that soon.
  Just for you Spinner since I know how you love that I leave the
  ' out of my work.  Hehe.

5. Applying the Patch
---------------------

 Use SNESTool which is included with the zip file.

 Directions for using it (I'm tired of the emails):
 --------------------------------------------------

 1. Unzip the patch, rom, and SNESTool all into the same folder.
 2. Run SNESTool which should come with this patch.
 3. Press U for Use Patch.
 4. Find the patch on the list of patches.  Press Enter.
 5. Find the rom on the list of files.  Press Enter.
 6. SNESTool should say something like, "Patching OK!"
 7. Press Q for Quit.
 8. Load up your favorite emulator and have fun!

 If these instructions do not work for you...then you are a moron.
 This is like...the easiest set of instructions for the program ever.
 You shouldn't have any problem.  None.  Go away.
