Ecco Jr. - German Translation 1.0

This rom hack translates Ecco Jr (1995) into German.

All text is translated. This includes:

* Menus
* Mission Briefings
* In-Game Dolphin Encyclopedia (Accessed via pressing A+B+C on the title screen)

I made this fun project because I found myself translating the text while playing with my little son.
It is my first rom hack, and it became a fun project.
