 INFORMATION

 This patch just translates Destiny of an Emperor III (呑食天地III) from
 Traditional Chinese characters (繁體字) to Simplified (简体字). It was
 made rather easily.

 I already had a traditional table for the game thanks to the translation
 work done so far. I ran this through NJStar to make a Simplified table.
 Then I used the old GB2PCX program (by Zhang RoXin, 1991) to make a series
 of PCX files using the old CCLIB.16 Chinese font.

 After that, all that was left was fixing the spacing in Photoshop and using
 FEIDIAN to re-insert it into the game.

 Everything turned out great and I'll try to do another Genesis game the
 same way. I'm sure this will be helpful to people like me who can't play
 these games since they can only read Simplified, not Traditional.

 The only things not converted by this patch are the battle menu and enemy
 names.They use a separate font. However, all dialogue and the status/item
 menus are all done. Chances are, you can figure them out.
