Directions: This is going to be a bit complicated, so
hold onto your seats. First, get a Japanese FE ROM 
(and no, don't ask me where to get one!). Then, you
will need to expand the PRG (not the CHR!) memory of
the ROM. I recommend KingMike's nflate to do this (go
download it at romhacking.net). Then apply the patch
"fe.ips". This will apply KingMike's double-line hack,
as well as all the alterations I've done. ^_^

This patch is to show what I've done in FE so far, 
which really isn't much.

- KingMikes double-line hack helped me out with
naming. So now all the long item names fit. Yay!
- Translated all of the items to the best of my ability,
and inserted them.
- Status is translated as best as it can be for now.
Once I can move the pointers into the expanded space,
it'll use the double-line hack better.
- No dialogue is translated, I don't have a translator.
