Gryzor Addendum Patch

Overview:

This is an unofficial, independent addendum patch for the
Gryzor version 1.00 translation with the Contra title done
by MadHacker in 1998. 

The original patch had a missing bitmap error and a
'corrupted' Konami ending logo

This patch corrects those issues. It does not modify the
translation in any way.

This patch should be applied on top of the an already
patched version 1.00 English ROM.
