Final Fantasy 2 Basic Improvement

A ton of hacks have been made for the original Final Fantasy game but not much has been done with Final Fantasy 2. I decided,  after seeing the excellent work by grond in his FF hacks, to work a bit on FF2 to give the series a bit of continuity. Final Fantasy 2 is so different from the other games in the series (Saga style leveling) that I thought a bit of hacking may make it feel more like a Final Fantasy game and, for die hard FF fans, more fun.

Changes

-colorized battle menus
-renamed several spells and items
-added icon to spells and key items

I made this hack quite a while ago so I may be forgetting some things.
Also the battle menu hack is not perfect. The grey border surrounding the blue menu will have a random color for each battle and a thin blue line will appear above the menu. Some graphical glitching may occur in some emulators but I have found that nesticle and fceu work pretty well.

The ips must be applied to a rom using v1.03 of Neo Demiforce's translation and the title screen fix by Parasyte.
