Here is an English translation for the game "Emotos Pro Baseball - 10x More Fun!" originally known as Emoyan no 10 Bai Pro Yakyuu. All the players, menus, and lines have been translated. 

One issue that will be noticed is the ball speed is measured in Km instead of Mph so that might take some adjustment for those used to Miles vs. Kilometers. Also player names are limited to 4 letters due to game restrictions.
