Chinese translation of Japanese version "Final Mission" which has slightly better storyline and music than the US "S.C.A.T." or EU "Action in New York". 
. Chinese tranlsation for the open and end scene. Kept most Chinese charactors in original rom for childhood memories familiarity.
. Slightly add some words for smoother storyline purpose.
. All English words are kept unchanged except correction of spelling error "SPESIAL".
. Japanese characters in staff list are kept unchanged
