Metal Storm Original Edition by DarthVaderX v.1.0

The objective of this hack is to create what should have been released by Irem at the time of its launch in the USA, based on the translation of Silver-X (https://www.romhacking.net/translations/1466/), it contains all the extras from the Japanese version, including the character's best color palette plus some modifications to the American version as the font and background colors. It should be applied to the USA version, but it might work on the Japanese version too (not tested).
