So, you want to play an old action RPG PC98 game translated in english?
Say no more!
This particular game took around 2 weeks to translate for a total of around 15 hours. 
There wasn't a lot text to translate, but there was a lot of technical hurdles to jump.
Anyway, I'll hope you'll take as much pleasure playing it as I got translating it!

INSTALLATION NOTES:

1: Unzip anex86e1.zip, font.zip

2: Open anex86.exe. Open the Config, and in Font use the one from the font.zip (it'll work 
better with japanese fonts).
In the config, you also should slow down the game: go in System then check Speed max 500,000.
This speed should be slow enough for the game to be playable.

3: On the main Anex98 menu (Setting), click on the "..." button from the FDD1 line.
Open the game (the .fdi file) and play!

GAMEPLAY INSTRUCTIONS:

Menus:
Cursors to move, Spacebar to select
 
Inside BIAS:
Use the n-pad to move (open doors with the n-pad 5)

Fights:
Use the n-pad to move
Attack:  "w"
Defense: "x"
Menu:    "c"
