Togepi's Great Adventure English Translation

Another great Japanese Pokémon mini game translated into English.

Compared with Puzzle Collection Vol.2 and Pokemon Breeder mini,
Togepi's Great Adventure was a piece of cake.
It had the least amount of graphic resources that needed changes,
needed no relocation of graphic resources, no code patches where
needed and translations where done by snesy in no time.
