HOW TO APPLY THE PATCH:

1) Obtain an ISO for 'Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken - Ougon no Kaze'

2) Run xDeltaUI.exe

3) Under the "apply patch" tab, select the patch in the "Patch" option and the ISO in the "Source File" option, then select your output location (make sure to include ".iso" at the end of the name for your new file).

4) Click "Patch". The program should look like it has frozen, but this is normal. After a while, you will get a message saying the patch has been applied successfully.

5) Use your newly created ISO in an emulator or on a modded PS2, and have fun!
