Vietnamese translation of Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together

Most recent patch: v1.5.2
- The majority of the game contents were translated into Vietnamese (except Name of weapons, classes, and items.)
- Graphic text (Majority has been also translated to Vietnamese)
- Redesigned into Vietnamese fonts, separate to uppercase letters and lowercase letters.
- Improving gameplay speed!
- The storyline translation was based on both PSP version and SNES version with 70/30 ratio.
