## How to Apply

Get xdelta from https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/598/

Open (double-click on) xdeltaUI.exe and fill the blankets by writing the file's route or clicking 
the buttons at their right. (Use your ISO file & Digipet_PSP-v.1.xdelta)

## To translate the System Messages 
####################################

Unzip the Plugin.zip, from this folder, and put it in the root of your PSP 
(or psemu/ if you are using adrenaline).
